Unity Search has partnered with a 20+ year old consumer services organization in the DFW Metroplex in search for a Senior Financial Analyst.
This company has a tremendous leader that has grown rapidly during their tenure there to head up the Finance function for the company.
The company has doubled its locations to 2,000 within the last 5 years and still has plenty of room to continue their growth! The Finance group lives by the motto of

Primary Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis to assess business performance, focusing on profitability, cost management, and financial trends.
- Create and maintain financial models for forecasting future performance and evaluate financial impact within different business scenarios.
- Examine key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics relevant to the business and the assigned Business Unit.
- Prepare and oversee the generation of precise and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on financial performance for senior management and the board of directors.
- Contribute financial insights and analysis to aid in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Assist in crafting annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Assess the financial impacts of strategic initiatives, including capital investments.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and suggest best practices for financial processes, such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procedures and enhance data accuracy.
- Work with various departments to gather and verify financial data and insights.
- Effectively communicate financial performance and strategic recommendations to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders.
- Provide support and mentorship to junior financial analysts as necessary.
Requirements :
- Bachelors Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting
- 2.5 years of experience (minimum) working within a Financial Planning & Analysis capacity
- MBA, CPA, CFA nice to have
- Good technical aptitude & experience with Excel based reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, etc.)
- Good communication, ability to work autonomously
