Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility systems and equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems, and processes to support the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives.

What Will You Do?
- Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, painting.
- Perform basic hand tool, and basic trouble shooting.
- Facilitating and overseeing capital improvement projects.
- Supporting the Maintenance team on tools / jobs whenever necessary.
- Ensuring quality control standards are consistently met.
- Keeping track of and ordering necessary supplies and material inventories.
- Purchasing of any required equipment, tools, or materials.
- Updating maintenance logs for all onsite equipment.
- Ensuring basic tools and machinery are in working order by performing regular inspections.
- Assessing procedures and making recommendations for improvement.
- Managing work orders.
- Processing invoices from vendors and 3rd party service companies
- Organize, file, and archive necessary documents or warranties.
- Perform general office duties emails, processing invoices, creating schedules, archiving documents, etc.
What You Bring?
- Preferred all applicants have at least 2 years of experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, flooring, and painting.
- Basic computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- The ideal candidate is self-motivated, analytical, detail-oriented, has strong initiative, and has the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of constituents.
- Proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem-solving and prioritizing workloads.
- Clear spoken and written communication skills.
- Capable of managing a variety of projects simultaneously.
