Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Operating Room
Schedule : Full-Time, 36 hours per week, Days
Salary : $34 to $55 per hour
Start Date : January 6, 2025

This role is integral to our mission of providing exemplary care in our expanded operating suites, including new cath labs and specialized procedural areas.
As an OR Nurse, you will be at the forefront of surgical innovations and patient care in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.
Job Summary :
As an Operating Room Registered Nurse, you will utilize our nursing professional practice model to deliver comprehensive patient care in surgical settings.
You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical patients, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing complications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct preoperative patient assessments and develop individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist surgeons during procedures while managing sterile environments and upholding rigorous surgical standards.
- Facilitate the use of advanced surgical technology and techniques within a collaborative team setting.
- Monitor patient recovery and provide post-operative care and education to patients and families.
- Advocate for patient safety and quality of care through adherence to best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications :
Education :
Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
Experience :
Minimum 2 years of experience in an operating room setting preferred.
Certifications :
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficient in medical terminology and the use of electronic medical documentation.
