Job Overview :
Soliant is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year.
This is a W2 contracted position where you will provide essential behavioral support and services in classrooms with teacher vacancies.
You will help maintain and implement effective systems and structures, support behavior management, and provide training to staff.
In addition, you will play a role in assisting with academic support as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide direct behavior support in classrooms to students with varying needs.
- Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to ensure success in the classroom.
- Collaborate with school staff to develop systems and structures that promote positive learning environments.
- Offer training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff on effective behavior management techniques.
- Assist with academics by helping establish appropriate instructional strategies when needed.
- Track progress and report on the effectiveness of behavior support strategies.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure students are receiving the necessary support.
Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques and intervention strategies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, and support staff.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A passion for working with students and helping them achieve success academically and behaviorally.
