Job Title : Radiation Oncology Therapist Job Specialty : Clinic Setting Job Duration : Not specified Shift : Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Experience in mid to large hospitals License : Not specified Certifications : Radiation certification from ARRT and IEMA required Must-Have : Ability to work independently and multi-task Job Description : Provide accurate and efficient radiation treatment to patients- Manage a daily caseload of 64-68 patients using two treatment units- Maintain precise records of treatment implementation- Collaborate with the medical team to ensure coordinated patient care- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures- Utilize effective communication skills with patients and team members- Adapt to clinic schedules, including closures for holidays without affecting guaranteed hours
