We have two sessions beginning May 23rd, 2022 July 15, 2022 or June 20, 2022 August 12, 2022 .
Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following :
- The installation, maintenance, support and monitoring of the network infrastructure will be performed
- Plans, evaluates, coordinates, and performs installation and / or reconfiguration of hardware and software elements of data and / or voice communication network
- Work with other teams, internal and cross-functional teams in order to perform escalations and work with system & tooling owners towards a resolution and identify and establish roadmap projects around process, workflow & tooling improvement opportunities
- Identify and improve processes, workflows and tools that are manual, slow or sub-optimalReview analysis to ensure adherence to defined B Riley quality standards and policies.
- Based on analysis, provide insight to Project Manager about target company key business trends, risk, and make recommendations to Project Manager.
- Provide support for other ad-hoc projects as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills :
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, or a related degree from accredited college or university
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications '
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Desire to learn and share ideas in a collaborative work environment
- Ability to work in a self-directed manner in a project or deadline-driven environment
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships at all organizational levels
