Management Resources is seeking an interim Director of Human Resources with the potential to go full time. This is 100% onsite in Frisco.
The Interim Director of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of the HR function, aligning HR strategies and programs with our client’s business objectives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage HR initiatives
- Develop, align, and execute HR programs and initiatives that supports overall company objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to influence strategic decisions and provide solutions to complex issues.
- Assess organizational effectiveness and develop solutions to support business improvements.
- Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps, and build and coordinate execution of a plan to address these using talent management tools and resources.
- Participate in talent management initiatives to identify, assess, develop, engage, and reward high-performing and high-potential talent.
- Bring data, measures, and analytics to influence decisions and guide prioritization of attention and investment of resources.
- Coordinate staffing strategies and assist in the sourcing strategy and selection process for key roles.
- Advise leaders on sensitive performance-related situations and their business implications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including updating HR materials such as handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Handle employee relations issues, providing necessary support and advice to resolve conflicts effectively.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably with experience in a leadership capacity.
- Strong skills in managing employee relations and the ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR-related software.
- Knowledge of current HR practices, industry trends, and legal compliance requirements.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisions that align with business goals.
- Experience in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee training, and legal compliance.
