Responsibilities : Provide personalized care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Accurately monitor and record vital signs, weight, and food and fluid intake. Observe and report any changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing staff.
Assist residents with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment. Uphold a pristine, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.
Offer emotional support and companionship, fostering a warm and caring atmosphere. Adhere to individualized care plans, respecting the dignity and privacy of each resident.
Qualifications : Current certification as a CNA. High school diploma or equivalent. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience working with dementia patients. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a professional team. Experience in a long-term care facility or with dementia patients (preferred).
