Base pay range

$70,000.00 / yr - $132,000.00 / yr

Salary : Based on relevant and applicable experience

Paygrade A Range : $72,000 – $107,000
Paygrade B Range : $91,000 – $132,000

Education, Skills, and Experience

Associate's Degree in a related discipline preferred; candidates without a degree but with exceptional experience will be considered.

Significant heavy industrial (refining, power, chemical, etc.) design / drafting experience required, with capabilities in equipment layout and structural design for retrofit projects.

Ability to identify items (e.g., pipe supports, structural steel) in the field; field documentation experience required.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

3D design and modeling experience with CADWorx required; Revit & Plant 3D experience will also be considered.

Strong communication skills with the ability to lead work execution and resolve issues in a team environment.

Capable of working directly with clients from proposal development through project execution.

Previous consulting experience strongly preferred.

Certifications & Requirements

Eligibility to obtain or currently hold a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).

Legal right to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Willingness and ability to travel to client industrial facilities, wear required PPE, and comply with safety policies.
