In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic implementation and optimization of Snowflake's cloud data platform across our organization.

You will leverage your deep expertise in data warehousing, cloud architecture, and data integration to lead a team of talented professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable data solutions that support our business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Understand customer needs and market trends to create, sell, and implement Snowflake-related service offerings.
  • Demonstrate expert-level technical understanding of Snowflake's product features, including Cortex, Snowpark, and others.
  • Balance hands-on delivery of Snowflake solutions with the creation of thought-leadership collateral, such as whitepapers, case studies, and best practice guides.
  • Develop accelerators and frameworks that enhance the implementation and adoption of Snowflake within client environments.
  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
  • Set clear objectives, identify opportunities for growth, and address potential challenges related to Snowflake's platform and data solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure the company's offerings remain relevant and competitive.
  • Coordinate with other business units and teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on company-wide initiatives involving Snowflake.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the value AI / ML brings to organizations and how it integrates with Snowflake's ISV ecosystem.
  • Accountable for the Global Center of Excellence (COE) for Snowflake, providing community building, training, and sales support to empower Slalom's markets globally.
  • Maintain personal utilization of 40% as a Director 20% as a Sr. Director, team utilization of 75% and revenue of $5 million as a Director and $12.5 for Sr. Director.
  • Leverage existing relationships with Snowflake leadership and help strengthen / expand Slalom's mindshare within Snowflake.

Infernally, act as the Snowflake community lead across practitioners, sales, alliance, marketing, talent management, operations, and business units.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record with 7+ years of experience in data warehousing, cloud architecture, and data integration, with at least 3 years focused on Snowflake.
  • At least 5+ years in a consulting role, demonstrating the ability to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, ETL processes, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a proven ability to engage with clients directly.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base salary pay range for Director is $161,000 to $ 307,000 and for Sr.

Director is $189,000 to $359,000k. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.

The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
