What You’ll Do :

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living like bathing, grooming, and feeding think of it as being the glam squad for the geriatric set!
• Take and record vital signs to keep things on point.
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for residents no job is too small when it comes to care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents’ needs are met because teamwork makes the dream work !

What You Bring :

• State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification in the state of Ohio .
• A heart full of compassion and kindness because without it, you’re no good to us.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that’s non-negotiable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment because we can’t all be Rambo.
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker.
