You’ll be : Coordinate communication with Commercial Education training team in support of all learning activities.* Manage email communications to attendees (confirmation emails, welcome letters, etc.

Manage course rosters, learner attendance lists and assists with metrics data entry and management.* Manage roster of newly hired employees and track their progress through all primary trainings.

Prepare event materials including name tags, table tents, agendas, certificates, etc.* Manage and track Commercial Education training event budget;

enter spend into event management system, including HCP expenses for Open Payments reporting.* Manage purchasing needs of the Commercial Education team via eMarketplace.

• Order materials / supplies for training events, including books, scrubs, classroom supplies, lead aprons, etc.* Book room and lab space for events in coordination with Event Management team.
• Coordinate offsite activities when needed.* Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in area of responsibility.
• Ensure that personal training is always current. Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments and for implementation of new policies and procedures.
• Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within work area.
• Follow Health Care Compliance guidelines as well as follow operating room training and safety standards
• Manage SharePoint content ensuring content is current and relevant.* Ad hoc projects as needed.* Additional Duties include : *
• Responsible for completing quarterly metrics.
• Inserting brown belt candidates to the list for enrollment.
• Collecting addresses for advanced engagement goods.e.g., certification lanyards, field trainer lanyards, and brown belt pins.
• Purchasing items for engagement goods.
• Filling out and completing Foundation behavior forms.
• Assisting and managing the team’s annual budget.
• Sending out emails about ordering VR headsets.
• Maintaining Axonify licenses for offboarding purposes.
• Creating and maintaining Foundations rosters.
• Sending out Foundation welcome emails.
• Setting up meetings for team meetings, huddles and book clubs.
• Submitting requests for R&D foundations, sales foundations and advanced and BWI Field trainer classes, executive immersion courses and red-carpet events.
• Submitting in-room requests for leadership.
• Ordering covid test / supplies.
• Assisting with monitoring shared inboxes.
• Maintaining DL for Educational org chart.*This job might be an outstanding fit if you : A minimum of 1 to 3 years relevant event coordination experience,
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required,* Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.* Experience working in event management systems.
• Knowledge of CSS companies and Commercial Education processes is preferred.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Engage with vendors in an ethical and compliant manner.* Ensure a high level of integrity and implementation of Credo-based actions.
• Proficient with Word, PPT, Excel and learning new systems.* Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry.
