THE ROLE
As a Lead Machine Learning engineer you will
- Work with data scientists to build end-to-end machine learning models to model customer behavior in the credit space
- Productionize and scale advanced machine learning algorithms for the credit space
- Work with large scale customer data to build top solutions
- Build microservices and data pipelines
- Lead projects and mentor more junior members
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years of full time experience deploying and productionizing machine learning algorithms
- Experience with customer behavior modeling and consumer data
- Experience working end-to-end and building production level models
- Experience with predictive modeling and machine learning with a strong foundation in statistics
- Experience in fintech - fraud detection or credit risk modeling is a huge plus!
- Grea communication skills
- Experience leading teams is a huge plus
- Tools : Python, Tensorflow, SQL, Spark, AWS Sagemaker
THE BENEFITS
As a Lead Machine Learning Engineer, you can expect a base salary between $200,000 to $240,000 (based on experience) plus competitive benefits.
