What you will do :

  • Facilitate a variety of tasks to support customer needs, to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage inbound call queue, helping callers with customer service needs (returns, shipping issues, credit issues, etc.) and forwarding sales related calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Facilitate returns process on behalf of the sales team, including delivery of RMA / label to customer.
  • Document all calls in CRM system.
  • Provide back-up support to sales coverage team, as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between departments or external parties to resolve logistics issues, account transfers, returns, etc.
  • Demonstrate a high standard of customer service to internal / external customers, using company resources to effectively solve problems.
  • Process purchase orders for customers.
  • Update account records with appropriate data.

What you’ll need :

  • Customer service experience 1 yr required.
  • Telesales experience a plus.
  • Data Entry experience using CRM.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with an enhanced focus on active listening, phone skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong follow through and drive to meet established deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and self-disciplined.
  • Knowledgeable of sales standards and customer service routines.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Highschool diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Schedule & Location :

  • Monday - Friday 11 : 30am - 8pm EST
  • Hybrid or Remote potential
