Job Title : Forklift Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable forklift operator to assist in the loading and unloading of kegs, manage inventory using RF scanners and WMS / SAP, and ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse.
The ideal candidate will have experience with stand-up forklifts and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in unloading and loading of kegs (new and used) when trucks arrive.
- Operate stand-up forklifts.
- Use RF Scanner and knowledge of WMS / SAP to manage inventory.
- Receive bin numbers and locate beer pallets in the refrigerated area.
- Be solution-oriented to correctly locate and move material in the stockroom.
- Load and unload shipping trucks.
- Prep packages for shipping.
- Keep warehouse clean and organized during downtime.
Essential Skills
- Experience with forklift operating, particularly stand-up forklifts.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners.
- Knowledge of WMS / SAP systems.
- Ability to lift cases up to 35lbs and maneuver kegs up to 170lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old to work onsite.
- 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred (will certify on site).

Work Environment
Our warehouse is climate-controlled, although you may need to enter the refrigerated area to retrieve products. We offer three shifts : 1st shift (7am to 3 : 30pm), 2nd shift (3pm to 11 : 30pm), and 3rd shift (9pm to 7 : 30am, Mon-Thurs).
Be open to working overtime, coming in early, and working 12-hour shifts as needed.
