We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health, located in Franklin, Tennessee.

Job Responsibilities :
- Perform comprehensive assessments on all patients
- Plan individualized patient care and identify nursing diagnosis and interventions
- Facilitate patient teaching, discharge planning, and post-discharge care
- Handle and administer medications in accordance with policies and procedures
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Reassess patient's condition and modify plan of care accordingly
- Accept charge responsibilities and facilitate staff development
- Maintain healing and therapeutic environment for patients and families
- Maintain position specific qualifications and adhere to communication protocols
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in work areas
Position Requirements :
- Earned nursing diploma or degree and licensed in the State of Tennessee
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire
- Additional certifications may be required based on specific units
