Your day will consist of connecting with current and potential business partners to resolve their questions, meet their needs, and cultivate long-lasting partnerships.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and bring a goal-oriented focus to each workday.

Ultimately, you will help build and maintain our reputation as a company that offers top-notch client experiences during the insurance process.

Requirements

What you’ll do

  • Cultivate long-lasting relationships with current and prospective partners
  • Collaborate with partners on business strategies and assist in implementation
  • Set-up multiple face-to-face meetings over the course of each day
  • Use strong communication and goal-orientation skills to achieve KPIs
  • Execute our differentiation strategy in your market
  • Daily networking to build customer base for lead generation
  • Capture daily activity within market on CRM

Qualifications :

  • Live within the working territory - south of the Arkansas River
  • Bachelor’s degree or more than 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication skills : written, verbal, and listening
  • Insurance experience is not required
  • Strong computer, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills
  • You have a valid driver’s license and a dependable personal vehicle

  • Competitive base salary ($60k) plus bonus incentives

  • 2nd year average earnings $75k
