General Manager - Disaster Restoration
Our client is seeking a General Manager. This person will be a key leader toward the continued development and growth of the office.
The General Manager will execute and deliver projects for clients as well as provide leadership and oversight to the Estimators, Project Managers and Superintendents.
This person will also be a key leader in the pursuit of new opportunities by building relationships with targeted verticals to build the office.
Position Responsibilities
Provide leadership, management, and accountability to direct reports
Build excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and CSC team members
Execute projects focusing on safety, quality, schedule, and profitability
Directly contribute to development and future growth of team by recruiting, hiring, and leading team members
Constant communication with Superintendents and Project Managers to review quality and output of work
Spend time on job sites reviewing the quality of project execution
Keep clients updated on the status of the project schedule
Champion and model the core values of the company
Competencies :
2+ years of insurance restoration managing an office or perhaps your an Operations Manager ready to take the next step
Must be skilled with writing estimates in Xactimate
Ability to develop and coach people in their current roles and prepare them for future roles
Proactive in all things, acts without being told what to do
Strong standards of excellence, expects personal and team performance to be nothing short of the best
Able to focus on establishing, following, and improving company processes
Highly organized and planned
Able to give and receive feedback in a calm manner
Able to make a lasting impact on the lives of those around us while improving the condition of buildings
Pay : $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
