Job Title : Sr. Program Manager SAPS4 Transformation Program

Location : Sunnyvale(preferred) or USA Remote

Work Time Zone : PST

Rate preference : $90110 / hr (DOE)

Role Description :

The Sr. Program Manager S4 Transformation Program isresponsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of SAPS4 HANA Transformation for Cepheid.

This position oversees theplanning execution and control of all aspects of the programincluding scope schedule budget resources quality risks issues andstakeholder management.

This position works closely with businessleaders IT teams vendors and other stakeholders to ensure alignmentof expectations objectives and outcomes.

This position also ensuresadherence to the Danaher Business System and best practices for SAPS4 HANA transformation.

This position ispart of the IT Project Management Office and will be inSunnyvale

Job ExperienceRequirements :

Bachelors degree or equivalent; mastersdegree preferred.

5 years of leading SAP S4transformation projects systems processes and suppliers.

Experience with managing suppliers including successfullyimplementing supplier service changes.

Experience indriving technology change and rollouts.

Ability tocreate business cases and get approval from Clevel executives andbusiness partners.

JobResponsibilities :

Create and follow a strong programgovernance structure for clear communication good decisions andfast problemsolving.

Manage the program scope timelineand outcomes with project management methods and tools such asagile waterfall or hybrid.

Use EVM methods to monitorand report on the program performance progress andvalue.

Make sure resources are used well priorities arealigned and standards and best practices are followed.

Report regularly and accurately on the program status achievementschallenges and risks using the right formats and tools.

Find assess and reduce potential program risks such as technicaloperational financial or reputational risks. Report issues asneeded and have backup plans.

Work with theimplementation partner to ensure quality and timely programdelivery solve any problems or conflicts and give feedback andguidance as needed.

Track the program budget andexpenses and revenue against the plan. Report any differences orrisks and suggest fixes.
