Recruiter
Are you a dynamic and results-driven individual with a knack for sales and recruitment? trak group is seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our team.
As a key player in our agency, you will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and matching top talent to various positions in Administration, Customer Service, Human Resources, Healthcare, Accounting and Finance, Manufacturing / Technical, and other operational roles.
Responsibilities :
- Source, recruit, and interview candidates for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire positions.
- Utilize various social media platforms to attract and engage top talent.
- Create comprehensive candidate profiles to facilitate successful matches with client orders.
- Coordinate and attend recruiting events, both in-office and external.
- Assist candidates in realizing their interview and career potential.
- Conduct cold calls to potential candidates.
- Craft and send recruiting emails to potential candidates.
- Develop talent pipelines to meet customer needs.
- Network effectively to expand the candidate pool.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database.
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine position requirements.
