Job Overview
The SDR Enablement Business Partner role is a full-time remote position that will own the end to end development, management, and execution of SDR Enablement programs for the global SDR organization such as onboarding, post-onboarding, ongoing development, and the next-role readiness program (Fast Start).
Through a continuous learning approach, this person will help the SDRs improve productivity and KPI success metrics by ensuring the team is enabled on core competencies including skills such as cold calling, qualification, messaging, products, and tools - in an engaging and digestible manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with SDR leadership on high level enablement strategy to identify needs, develop programs, and execute against the defined deliverables
- Manage and maintain training plans and calendars
- Assist in content creation, curation, and updates in collaboration with SMEs
- Strategize and build quarterly learning plans
- Maintain and update current training programs including onboarding, ongoing, and Fast Start
- Assist in leading and executing trainings and workshops
- Participate in call shadowing and coaching of SDR's
- Manage and update content landing pages and platforms for SDR consumption
- Measure and report on completion of required training materials to leadership
- Collaborate with broader enablement team and organization on larger GTM events such as SKO and QBR
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS or sales enablement experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS or sales enablement experience
- Ability to manage programs with impeccable organization skills, professional demeanor, and high attention to detail
- Ability to pivot when circumstances or priorities shift and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and clearly articulate value with a good sense of how SDRs think, operate and absorb information
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Resourceful with a notable ability to solve problems and execute with little supervision
- Propensity for thinking outside of the box (i.e. creativity)
- Team player mindset with strong communication and relationship building skills
- Familiarity with Zoom, Outreach, Google Suite (GMail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.), Slack, SurveyMonkey, Asana
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality
Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$87,500 $125,000 USD
