IT System Administrator III
Location : Downtown Los Angeles, CA (Union Station Area)
Schedule : 6 : 30 am – 4 : 30 pm Monday through Friday with alternating Fridays off.
Pay : up to $57 / hour DOE
About the Role
As an IT System Administrator III, you'll play a key role in supporting enterprise systems across both Windows and Linux environments. This position focuses on database, web, and application administration , ensuring reliable, secure, and optimized performance for business-critical systems.
You'll administer, maintain, and troubleshoot critical SQL Server, SharePoint, and web applications to ensure reliability, performance, and security for large-scale IT environments.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain Windows Server (2012+) and SQL Server (2012+) environments
- Support SharePoint IIS , and Apache web platforms
- Install, upgrade, patch, and optimize systems and applications
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and document resolutions
- Assist with disaster recovery planning , data backups, and system security
- Collaborate with senior administrators on new projects and implementations
