Our client is looking for an IT Service Desk Manager to join their team full-time and in their Alpharetta office daily.
As a new team member, you will be directly managing a team of 4 for their support and services department. This will include networking projects, technical support, and client-facing projects.
You will be leading the department and expected to execute needs in real time for their customers. A strong application will have a networking background and knowledge of Azure / Microsoft basic applications / services.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in a technical software support role
- Strong knowledge of Azure cloud and fundamentals
- VOIP equipment support experience.
- Expert skillset using Microsoft applications (PowerBI, Teams, Excel, PowerApps, etc.)
- Problem-solver and solutions-based mindset
- Proven leadership experience
Desired Skills & Experience
- BS in Computer Science
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to commute to Alpharetta office daily
- MTA : Network Fundamentals Certification
- Comptia A+ certification
