Overview :

NOW HIRING In-home Caregiver

Private Duty Caregivers help our clients age in place. We are looking for Personal Care Attendants (PCA) to join our team.

This position requires someone who is caring and dependable that will assist elderly and / or disabled persons in their homes or places of residence.

Personal Care Attendants assist with client needs and perform the day-to-day activities of care giving based on approved tasks.

PCAs will provide care based on company policies and tasks outlined in the patient’s individualized care plan. This can include hygiene assistance such as showering, dressing and restroom care, preparing of meals, assisting with grocery and personal shopping, assisting with personal care, running errands, and performing light housekeeping.

About You :

At least 18 years of age

Experience preferred

Physical ability to perform personal care tasks

Ability to read, write, understand, carry out directions, keep simple medical records and function with minimal supervision

Must have reliable transportation

Must not have a criminal conviction which bars employment

Must have no adverse record or be listed in the Nurse Aide Registry or Employee Misconduct Registry or exclusion list

Must meet any state requirements related to work experience

Must meet any state requirements related to training

$500 sign on bonus, plus additional $100 bonus if already a registered and fingerprinted HCA

Salary Range $17 - $25

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity.
