Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Physical Therapist - Orthopedics to join our dynamic team in the medical industry.
The ideal candidate will possess a Doctorate degree and have extensive experience in Orthopedics. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs and goals.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other interventions to improve patients' range of motion, strength, flexibility, and overall function.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care for patients.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and self-care techniques to improve outcomes and prevent future injuries.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest advances in physical therapy and orthopedics.
Qualifications :
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedics.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
