Janitorial Outdoor Technician- Full Time Chapel Hill NC
Days and Hours :
Monday : 10-6 : 30 pm
Tuesday : 10-6 : 30 pm
Wednesday : 10-6 : 30 pm
Thursday : Off
Friday : Off
Saturday : 10-6 : 30 pm
Sunday : 10-6 : 30 pm
Requirements :
Must be able to pass extensive background check.
Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds repetitively.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass an MVR.
Must be okay with working outdoors.
Position Responsibilities :
- Graffiti clean up
- Landscaping tasks such as Planting Flowers, Weeding / Sidewalk care
- Pressure washing sidewalks
- Cleaning restrooms
- Must be ok with working outside year round in all conditions
