Housing Case Manager

New Horizons
Seattle, WA, United States
Full-time

New Horizons is hiring a housing-focused Case Manager to engage with youth and young adults experiencing homelessness up to age 25, across the spectrum of religious beliefs, race, ethnicity, culture, sexual orientation, and gender.

Outside of weekly scheduled shifts, Case Managers have broad flexibility to meet youth onsite, during programming, and / or in the community.

The Case Manager effects change in the lives of youth and young adults (YYA) by providing a full range of case management services, including, but not limited to, engagement, assessment, intervention, short-term counseling, goal setting, and referrals for a caseload of 20-30 young people.
