Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 for experienced candidates and up to $5,000 for those with less than 1 year of experience, as well as up to $2500 for relocation over 50 miles (external candidates only).

We are seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, modifying plans of care as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will serve as a clinical resource for staff and students and demonstrate the ability to perform patient transfers with assistance as needed from bed, chair and floor, if applicable, while maintaining safe and appropriate body mechanics to reduce the risk of injury to self, staff, and patients.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing appropriate plans of care, educating patients and other healthcare providers, and producing documentation in accordance with the Clinical Process Policy.

The Outpatient Physical Therapist also evaluates patients' impairments related to orthopedic and neurologic conditions, establishes plans of care, completes objective testing, applies therapeutic modalities, and communicates with referring providers on patient progress and treatment recommendations.
