Job Description : - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the medical / surgical unit.- Responsible for the care of patients with various isolation diagnoses, including but not limited to COVID-19 and Monkey Pox.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Conduct thorough assessments and document patient care effectively.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.- Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and guidelines.- Participate in interviewing and onboarding processes as required by management.
- Ensure all demographic information, including a badge-appropriate picture, is uploaded into the profile system.
