Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Various Departments (ER, OB, ICU, Med Surg, Surgery)

Job Description :
A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for qualified candidates. We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team in various departments including Emergency Room (ER), Obstetrics (OB), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Medical-Surgical (Med Surg), and Surgery.
The RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the assigned unit, assess patient needs, initiate appropriate nursing interventions, and report any changes in the patient's condition to the medical team.
This role includes assisting with invasive procedures, administering medications, documenting care, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities :
- Provide patient care according to nursing standards and hospital protocols.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Maintain patient comfort and ensure safety at all times.
- Monitor patient conditions, document observations, and communicate with physicians regarding significant changes.
- Assist with procedures, triage patients, and collaborate with other team members.
- Document nursing history and physical assessments for assigned patients.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing; BSN preferred.
- Current Colorado Registered Nurse license.
- AHA BLS Certification is required.
- Additional certifications such as ACLS and PALS are required for ER, ICU, and OB nurses.
Shift Information :
- Full-time positions available with varied shifts.
- Weekend and Night Shift Differentials :
- Weekend Days : +$4.00 / hr
- Weekend Nights : +$5.00 / hr
- Grave Shift : +$4.00 / hr
