The residents of Hawthorne Ridge do not need high-level nursing care just a little extra assistance. The team provides care in a residential setting, thoughtfully designed for individuals with memory loss, Alzheimer’s disease () and other related dementias.

10Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
