Title : National Account Manager
Location : Northeast Region : Fully Remote
Duration : Full Time / Permanent
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience with a Technical and / or Business concentration (i.e. : Chemical Engineering, Packaging Science, Business) desirable.
5 - 10 years of experience in flexible packaging sales with an understanding of various packaging processes specific to APC or equivalent experience.
Exceptional relationship-building skills with a proven record of bringing in new, profitable business. Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
Travel Air and car travel required .
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
Total responsibility for the success of growing assigned accounts :
Maintain established customers.
Develop new accounts to either grow current markets or develop potential markets.
Develop a sales plan based on customer / potential customer requirements and projections.
Participated in the development of marketing plans and pricing strategy for accounts.
Responsible for keeping abreast of customer plans and developments that affect current or future business.
Resolve customer issues and complaints. Coordinate organization's services with customer's needs. Submits sales reports as required
