About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant Job Specialty : Rehabilitation Therapy Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Monday to Friday, Days Guaranteed Hours : 32 per week Experience : New Grads are welcome;
SNF experience preferred License : State License Verification required Certifications : CPR and Negative Drug Screen Results Must-Have : Resume- License verification- Three references- Covid test 72 hours prior to start date with results 48 hours prior- County Criminal check (7 years for all counties lived and worked)- Federal Criminal check (7 years or more)- Multi-State Criminal search (7 years or more)- Nationwide Sex Offender search (7 years or more)- HHS / OIG search- GSA search- Social Security Number trace- 1 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray- SAM search Job Description : Assist physical therapists in providing therapy services to patients.
- Implement treatment plans to help patients return to optimum function.- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.- Ensure all required prescreening documents are completed and attached.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive working environment.- Adhere to professional standards and comply with health regulations.
- Provide compassionate and patient-focused care.
