Why shouldn’t coming to work be the best part of your day? Working at Kingdom One is more than a job, it’s a calling! We’re looking for someone who will : Champion missional projects through daily check-ins and weekly meetings, reporting on the progress of tasks, and aligning with team objectives.
Serves as a liaison in communication between teams on projects and across the organization. Proven ability to effectively project manage multiple projects simultaneously across multiple disciplines.
Effectively drives project clarity and communication throughout the entire organization. Provide event support through logistics, planning, and communication.
Able to serve Kingdom One ministry clients with PM support and services as part of the Project Management Talent Group. Organize and calendar meetings for the Executive Leadership Team.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, restaurant reservations, and event planning during travel. Provide comprehensive administrative support including email management, credit card reconciliation, and additional tasks as needed.
Our ideal candidate : Has 3-5 years of Executive Assistant and / or Project Management experience working in a variety of industries from church, non-profit, and marketplace.
Has the flexibility to travel with COO / CVO on a monthly basis or more frequently, as needed. Has sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters.
Is a detail-oriented project manager who loves to serve people and work on a team, is collaborative, and is organized. Prioritizes communication, is detail-oriented, proactive, and takes initiative.
Is comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing environment. Is technology savvy and comfortable with using a variety of systems, including MS Office or G-Suite.
HR background is advantageous, but not required. Has a heart for serving the church, loves Jesus, and is excited to grow the capital C church.
