Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Competent in : Contrast Enhanced MRA Neuro & CSF Flow, Contrast Enhanced body MRA, WARP and Metal Reduction Protocols, MRI Perfusion, MR Conditional Device Screening, and MRI Reconstruction (MIPS, MPRS).
Specific to the Breast Center- MRI Guided Biopsies Required Work Experience : Two (2) years of MRI Technologist experience (with a minimum of 6 months at a Memorial Healthcare Hospital).
Other Information : Registered as a Technologist (RT), (RTT) or (NMTCB) and registered in magnetic resonance imaging (MR) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Registered as a Technologist (ARMRIT) - Advance Registry MRI Technologist.
