LicensedPractical Nurse LPN Position Summary :

• Licensed Practical Nurse LPN FullTime orPartTime Availability
• LPN provide daily supportto the unit leadership & respond appropriately / timely toresident / family needs within the LPN scope ofpractice
• LPN will use nursing process judgment& skills to set priorities necessary to deliver quality directresident care & make decisions promoting the safety / qualitydirect care to residents
• LPN perform / administerstandard nursing treatments and / or medications & observesresident for desired or unwanted effects
• LPNcommunicates & collaborate with appropriate member(s) withinthe care team to revise / update the Nursing Care Plan or anypertinent findings including lab / test results incidents & / orconcerns
• LPN monitors & documents vitalstreatments administered & residentsresponses
• Prepare organize oversee monitor& evaluate delivery of care of resident CNA assignments &activities considering the category of needs & competency ofpersonnel

Requirements :

• Graduate of an approved school ofNursing
• Licensed & currently registered ingood standing in New York as an LPN
