Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support engineering teams in designing and developing software solutions

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience

8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a relevant IT discipline

3+ years of leadership experience in an IT functional area

Proven ability to manage high-performance work teams and execute large projects

Experience in developing solutions for complex business problems
