Key responsibilities
- Respond to phone calls and emails from SEKOs customers and partners as well as consumers inquiring about shipment status
- Enter shipment data into SEKOs systems, including recoveries, PODs, and alerts
- Schedule pick-ups
- Enter new accounts into SEKOs systems and perform maintenance on existing accounts
- Resolve issues with shipments by engaging with SEKOs partners
- Comply with SEKOs C-TPAT Security Profile
- Expected to uphold SEKOs Core Values
Education And / Or Experience
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 3-5 Years in a Customer Service role
Other Qualifications
- Logistics industry experience a plus
- Project managing is a plus
- Call center experience a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of Microsoft Office, Email and general computer functions
- Proficiency in data entry required
- Ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and achieve goals on time
- Ability to work independently with general guidance
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
