Key Responsibilities :
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) to identify client needs.
Perform initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate progress.
Develop and implement tailored Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Provide in-person supervision and training for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
Facilitate monthly caregiver training sessions to enhance treatment understanding.
Review and monitor client data regularly, adjusting interventions as necessary.
Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports in compliance with funding requirements.

Qualifications :
BCBA or BCBA-D Certification.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a collaborative work ethic.
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and maintaining professional relationships with clients and staff.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and protection of client information.
