The Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development is seeking your expression of interest for regional Administration roles.
This is a fantastic opportunity to achieve skills and knowledge in office duties and contribute to primary industry development.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, punctual individual who is keen to learn and strive to achieve positive outcomes. This role provides administrative support to the region, assists the team in the achievement of departmental objectives and provides quality customer service to the regional office as required.
Your main responsibilities will include, but not limited to, general reception duties including greeting and assisting clients and contractors, coordinating incoming telephone calls, mail distribution, processing of accounts payables and receivables, and assisting with fleet management.
Availability may be at the following regional offices : Broome, Carnarvon, Kununurra, Geraldton, Moora, Northam, Narrogin, Merredin, Bunbury, Manjimup, Katanning, Albany and Esperance.
Opportunities will be available for short term employment (full time, part time) or casual work. Please note vacancies will depend on our business needs and availability.
