Digital Finishing Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

1st – 6am-2pm Monday to Friday

2nd – 2pm-Midnight Monday to Thursday

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented operator to run our digital finishing equipment and help deliver high-quality printed labels and packaging.

In this role, you’ll :

  • Set up and operate finishing machines to meet production goals
  • Complete start-up checklists and follow job specs
  • Inspect labels using a video monitor for quality and accuracy
  • Flag and track defective labels
  • Record label counts and complete simple production paperwork
  • Keep your area clean and perform basic maintenance
  • Communicate with the next shift about job or machine updates

    • What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1–3 years of machine operation experience (printing or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
  • Basic math and ruler-reading ability
  • Team-player attitude — willing to jump in and help wherever needed
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
