Looking to start a rewarding career in child care? Osseo Area Schools is hiring Child Care Assistants who are passionate about making a positive impact on children's lives for our K-5 before and after school programs, as well as our all-day preschool programs.
No prior experience required.
Job Responsibilities :
- Support instructors and program managers in providing enriching activities for children's wellbeing and social development
- Lead various activities, including language arts, science, physical fitness, and games
- Maintain a safe and welcoming environment, following health and safety procedures
- Assist with student sign-in / sign-out and communicate any incidents to the program manager
- Communicate with families and building staff
Pay & Schedule :
- Competitive pay starting at $19.43 / hour
- Monday to Friday shifts, no weekends
- K-5 program : Part-time shifts ranging 1.5-3.5 hours / day; morning shift : 6 : 15 am - 9 : 45 am, afternoon shift : 2 : 45 pm - 6 : 15 pm
