A community health center is seeking family medicine locums coverage. Creds take about 2 weeks.
The facility is located about 1.5 hours to Boston, Massachusetts.
The assignment starts at the end of August or early September and lasts for 3 to 6 months. Credentialing takes 2 weeks. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
The facility operates during these hours and is open to considering MDs, NPs, or PAs. There is no on-call duty. The role involves seeing 15-20 patients per day of all ages, though the focus is open to patients 18 and older.
Required certifications include BC or BE, with a preference for BC. COVID or flu vaccination is required, with a religious exemption available.
The EMR system used is EPIC. The ideal candidate can be a new graduate, though there is a preference for those with at least 2 years of experience.
