About The Position
Job Title : Radiologic Technologist Job Specialty : X-Ray Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : 40 Hour Variable Guaranteed Hours : 40 Experience : 3 years preferred;
will consider candidates with less experience based on their background. Must have Operating Room (OR) experience. License : Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS), ARRT Must-Have : - OR experience- C-arm proficiency- Preferred experience with EPIC charting- Level 1 or 2 Trauma experience Job Description : Accepts first-time travelers and those with at least 1 year of experience.
- Responsible for handling various patient types including outpatient, inpatient, emergency department, operating room, NICU, pediatrics, vented, and sedated patients.
- Focus on whole-body, musculoskeletal, neuro imaging, and portable examinations.- Work primarily with Carestream portables, GE rooms, and GE C-arm equipment.
- No fluoroscopy procedures required.- Average caseload of 15-20 patients per day.- Utilize EPIC and Sectra for charting.
- One week of orientation provided.- Varied shifts as required; weekend rotation and holiday expectations to be discussed during the interview.
- Rare on-call duties, details will be discussed during the interview.- Provided with blue OR procedural scrubs.
