You’ll join our office as part of Secure Foundations group on the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) team, which is part of the IAM team.
The IAM team is responsible for developing and operating IAM services globally across the organization for both internal and external facing services.
Your team members are located across the world in different time zones (Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, India, USA, Costa Rica).
You will help with the transformation from traditional IT to digital and work in a newly established IAM team part of the Secure Foundation group.
In this role, you will develop capabilities which will serve as baseline for our clients and improving IAM experience thru executing our IAM Strategy.
You will drive, contribute, and learn multiple technology skills (Identity orchestration, Access management, Privilege Access, PKI & Directory Services and Identity Governance) based on our IAM toolkit Through innovative software as a service solution, and a vibrant ecosystem of alliances, we are redefining what it means to work with McKinsey.
- 8+ years of IT professional experience
- 5+ years of IT Security Experience
- Experience deploying roles, privileges, and permissions in Microsoft Azure / AWS
- Programming languages : Go, Python, PowerShell, Java, SQL, NoSQL
- IaC languages : Terraform, CloudFormation and others
- CI / CD tooling : ArgoCD, CircleCI, GoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
- IAM AuthN / AuthZ Tools : Okta, Azure
- IGA Tools : IBM TIM, Okta Identity Governance, Microsoft Entra ID Governance
- IAM Directory Tools : Azure AD, Virtual Directory
- Proficiency in various AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and others
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration, including managed services like Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service)
- Development background and proficient knowledge with Terraform and or coding languages
- API development experience : OpenAPI Specifications, REST API development, SCIM API
- Serverless / API Integration Experience a plus
- Hands-on experience in architecting and implementing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding on Identity and privileged constructs within Cloud environments
- Experienced in defining security baseline standards, best practices and security controls for various infrastructure technologies
