The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing care to patients in the Procedural Care Unit using the nursing process, technology, and resources within the institution's philosophy.
The RN will assess patients, develop care plans, implement nursing interventions, and modify the plan of care based on continuous evaluation.
In addition, they will administer medications for procedures, manage patient care during moderate sedation, monitor hemodynamics, and document procedure events.
- Assesses patients upon admission and develops appropriate care plans based on patient and family needs.

- Communicates with colleagues to resolve issues and offers constructive feedback for professional development.
