About the team

The Swish Analytics Engineering team is looking for an experienced Senior Security Manager who will Own the responsibility of safeguarding our assets, data, and reputation.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and the growth of our security engineering team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive security strategy across multiple areas of focus.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities, threats, and develop mitigation plans.
  • Lead and coordinate incident response efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to security frameworks such as SOC 2, ensuring the organization meets industry standards for security.
  • Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to employees.
  • Manage relationships with third-party security vendors.
  • Oversee and grow a team of security engineers providing mentorship, training, and career advancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of management experience in security engineering (or related role); 8+ years of total experience in security.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, practices, and frameworks, including experience at various levels of security including physical, network, application, data, IAM, human, cloud, and others.
  • Strong history as a leader with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Starting at : $155,000
