Solar Sales Consultant :

Are you a dedicated self-starter with a passion for sales seeking an opportunity with uncapped earning potential? We seek a door-to-door Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team and play a key role in generating new customers within the Reno residential market.

Responsibilities :

Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy through door-knocking in residential neighborhoods.

Attend semiweekly meetings to connect with the team.

Demonstrate excellent customer service through each interaction.

Follow weekly key performance indicators to ensure that you are meeting / exceeding sales goals.

Attend training meetings and shadows to enhance your sales skills and develop your solar knowledge.

Manage customer accounts in a prompt manner with a high level of professionalism.

Other duties as assigned by your team leaders.

Requirements :

Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary.

Full-time opportunity with a flexible working schedule (Tuesday-Saturday, preferred)

Applicants must be 18 years or older.

Must have reliable transportation and smartphone (IOS preferred).

Coachable and self-motivated.

Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Exceptional critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Able to perform with minimal supervision.

Resourceful; able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize.

Preferred Qualifications :

1+ years of experience in any of the following industries : Home security sales, Satellite TV sales, Pest Control sales, Home Automation / Smart home sales, Direct sales, or Those with lead generation and / or sales management experience.

Sales background or solar experience.

What We Offer :

Competitive pay with uncapped earning potential. Average yearly earning between $100,000-$250,000+, depending on experience.

This is a commission-based opportunity.
