Responsibilities
- Implement 1 : 1 direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques in-home / center and / or school settings
- Collect accurate ongoing data on client’s programs
- Clear communication with all team members and parents / clients
- Compliance to all related company policies and procedures
- Attendance at staff meetings and trainings
Requirements
- Additional certification may be required based on facility needs
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients when needed
- Must be able to travel up to 20-25 miles throughout the Orange County, CA area
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with patients
- Certificate, bachelor’s, or associate’s degree in behavioral health or related field
