- Contacting out list of clients to fullfill their request, schedule their follow up virtual Zoom appointment
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual Zoom appointments.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process forms, applications, and requests promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.
- Update customer information in the database.
- Collaborate with team members.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about the latest industry trends.
- Contribute to improving customer service processes by sharing relevant insights and ideas. Benefits :

- Bilingual is not required but is a plus.
- 1- 2 years customer support or sales experience or relevant role, is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt to various customer personalities and situations.
- Proficient basic computer skills, including knowledge of customer service software and databases.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
